HOK, Hong Kong, one of the world renowned design firms, are the Master Planners for Hero Homes Mohali. The Architectural design was done by reputed firms Rajinder Kumar Associates KBE Building Corporations

Hero Homes, Mohali is being developed in phases over a 18.5 acre land parcel allotted by GMADA.

Construction of the first phase of the project is in full swing and the targeted date for commencement of delivery is June 2019.

The specifications and designs of The Hero Homes Mohali have been carefully worked out. Considering the large number of apartments and the need for on-time delivery, customizations are discouraged in the collective interest of the buyers.

As a company we thrive on giving the maximum usable area to our customers, in order to encourage healthy and prosperous living.

Our project provides all the basic necessities such as water supply, power connection and efficient sewage disposal processes. To deliver the same without failure, water supply is provided by GMADA; power connection by PPCL and sewage disposal by GMADA.

Once you have chosen the apartment that you wish to book, our Sales Officers will be more than eager to facilitate you with the booking process. It is fairly simple and requires you to fill in an application form, provide certain documents and pay the initial booking amount by way of cheque/DD favoring “Hero Realty Pvt Ltd’’.

Documents typically required are:

  • A) Passport size photograph of the applicant / applicants with address proof
  • B) Identity Proof (Copies of Aadhar Card / Passport / Driver’s License) Pan Card Number

You can book your dream home by paying a booking amount of Rs. 2.50 Lacs only. On payment of 10% of the Basic Sale Price, the allotment will be confirmed.

Unfortunately if such a case was to arise, 10% of the cost of your unit will have to be forfeited. (Explain clearly when the forfeiture clause will apply)

Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. In some cases registration may be required to be done earlier. You can contact our Sales Officers for more information at 9266444999.

This land was allotted directly by GMADA and there are no title related issues. This land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances.
